Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 90 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: You must package it so it is not damaged in return shipping.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice) is required. Please include a copy with your return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@comfortfirst.us with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange, or call 714-550-4971.
  2. Await Instructions: We will review your request and provide you with specific instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), within 1-2 business days. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (18277 Pasadena St., Ste B102, Lake Elsinore CA 92530, United States), we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are eligible for a refund based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after the indicated timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank/Credit Card Account: First, re-check your bank account or credit card statement. Refund processing times can vary.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company/Bank: It may take some additional time for your refund to be officially posted by your credit card company or bank. Inquire about pending refunds.
  3. Contact Us: If you've completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@comfortfirst.us. We will provide you with the refund transaction details and assist you further.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@comfortfirst.us. We may request photos or videos of the damage to facilitate the process.
  • Exchange Process: If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Once received and inspected, we will promptly ship you a replacement of the same item at no additional shipping cost to you.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original outbound shipping (if applicable) and any return shipping costs we incur (only in cases of pre-paid return labels provided by us for defective items) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Trackable Shipping: For items over $75, or for your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Processing Time for Exchanges

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location and shipping method. We will provide you with tracking information once your replacement item has shipped.
